4 e-bike highlights

Rhône Valley:

Between Art and Wineries

This first ride introduces guests to a different side of the Verbier region, where the grandeur of the mountains gives way to the softer landscapes of the Rhône Valley. Starting from Le Châble, the route heads towards Martigny through a landscape shaped by vineyards, historic villages and river views, creating a day that already sets the tone for the journey: scenic, cultured and deeply rooted in the region.

Along the way, guests meet local wine specialists and discover some of the Valais’ most emblematic varietals, including crisp Chasselas whites and structured Pinot Noir reds, through a carefully curated tasting. The day then continues with a cultural stop at the Fondation Gianadda, a prestigious venue known for its exhibitions, sculpture gardens and vintage car collection. Depending on the preferred pace, the final return can either be enjoyed as a scenic ride back towards Verbier or as a more relaxed private transfer to the hotel.

Champex-Lac:

Alpine Lake Serenity and Fine Lunch

A landmark stop on the Tour du Mont Blanc, Champex-Lac offers a quieter and more contemplative mountain experience. Set at 1,470 metres in the heart of the Valais Alps, the village is surrounded by forests, peaks and a crystal-clear lake, creating one of the most peaceful and photogenic atmospheres of the region.

The approach to Champex can vary with the season and the chosen route, making the experience feel both flexible and tailored. In summer, riders may cross via Bruson using lifts before descending towards Orsières, while at other times the ride follows valley roads and forest tracks before climbing towards the lake. Once there, the reward is immediate: guests can enjoy the lakeside atmosphere, a possible swim, a walk, or lunch with a view — from a refined table such as the 5-star Chalet Alpin to more relaxed local options. The return offers two distinct moods: one route through La Garde and Sembrancher for a more scenic and traditional alpine feel, and another via Bruson / La Cot for those seeking a more dynamic finish with exhilarating descents.

Val de Bagnes:

High-Alpine Landscapes and Wild Nature

This is the day when the journey shifts into something more dramatic and memorable. Riding into the high Val de Bagnes, guests follow the impressive road from Le Châble towards the Mauvoisin Dam, passing through tunnels carved into the rock and landscapes that feel increasingly remote, mineral and powerful. It is one of those routes that immediately conveys the scale of the Alps.

Beyond the lake, stronger riders can continue even further towards the Cabane Chanrion, a mountain hut recently renovated and set against a stunning glacier backdrop. The day is not only about scenery but also about wildlife and atmosphere: it is possible to spot ibex, chamois, golden eagles and, with a bit of luck, even the vast silhouette of a bearded vulture overhead. The roads remain generally quiet, which makes the ride feel both immersive and serene. After the ascent, the return becomes pure pleasure, with a long downhill section back towards Le Châble, making this one of the most satisfying and cinematic days of the whole programme.

Great St Bernard:

A Legendary Alpine Pass

The final day brings together everything that makes this journey distinctive: history, altitude, alpine heritage and exceptional scenery. Rising to 2,469 metres, the Great St Bernard Pass is one of Europe’s most legendary mountain crossings, linking Switzerland and Italy and carrying centuries of stories, pilgrims and travellers through the Alps.

At the summit stands the iconic Great St Bernard Hospice, founded in the 11th century by Saint Bernard of Menthon. More than a historic stop, it remains a living place of welcome and continuity, where guests can explore the monastery, chapel and traditions that have shaped this pass for centuries. The route itself begins in Bruson, following quiet forest roads and gradually climbing into a world of pines, open mountain views and increasingly dramatic scenery. By the time guests reach the hospice, the experience feels far bigger than a ride: it becomes a true passage through the cultural and spiritual history of the Alps.

Verbier Festival Experience

An iconic alpine stay enhanced by world-class music

For guests travelling to Verbier during the Verbier Festival, the journey takes on an even more exclusive and distinctive character. Held from 16 July to 2 August 2026, this internationally renowned classical music festival transforms the resort into one of the most vibrant cultural destinations of the Swiss summer, bringing together exceptional artists, prestigious performances and a unique atmosphere in the heart of the Alps.
